Description A ajuda que vem do alto no trânsito paulistano. Márcio Almeida dos Santos tem 33 anos. Desde 2008 atua como operador de monitoramento de trânsito da CET (Companhia de Engenharia de Tráfego). Do alto do prédio de 28 andares, que abriga o Instituto do Câncer do Estado de São Paulo, ele observa diariamente o trânsito paulistano. A 112 metros de altura, olha atentamente para cada ponto da cidade – das pessoas aos veículos – para que o trânsito na cidade flua sem problemas. São Paulo, Brasil, agosto, 15, 2011.
