Summary

[edit]
Description The paddle steamer Frederik den Sjette, with its state of the art Maudsley steam engine, was drawn by C.G. Hummel of Søe Etatens Constructionskammer (Royal Danish Navy Construction Department). The actual drawings were presumably made in 1829, when the machinery arrived from England, but the document is dated November 1834.
