Description
English: South Carolina Army National Guard Soldiers from 4th Battlion, 118th Regiment and 174th Engineer Company conduct combined arms breaching exercises at McCrady Training Center, Eastover, S.C., Nov. 3, 2018. The 4th Battalion infantry companies practiced attacking an objective using support from the 174th engineer mobility assault platoons for obstacle reduction, destruction and short-gap crossings. The combined forces breached wired obstacles using simulated M58 Mine Clearing Line Charge (MICLIC) rockets, cleared minefields with an M9 Armored Combat Earthmover (ACE), and placed a bridge over a gap using an M60 Armored Vehicle Launch Bridge (AVLB) before dismounting to clear the objective.
