Description
English: Members of Company B, 5th Battalion, 7th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division (Airmobile), using the latest Army weapons. One of these, the Manpack Personnel Detector-Chemical, commonly called the "People Sniffer", can detect a person from the chemicals in his perspiration. SP4 Ronald E. Salvi places the input/output assembly and probe unit, the receiving portion of the detector, on the front of an M-16 rifle. NARA 111-CCV-556-CC58282
