Summary[edit]

Description
English: A modern NYC Parks sign near the handball courts of the athletic complex (simply labeled "Athletic Field/Court") of Conch Playground, on Beach 49th Street between Beach Channel Drive and Elizabeth Avenue in Edgemere, Queens. Like many other playgrounds in the city, this one was built as an adjoining feature of Public School 105 in 1960. The playground was recently renovated, reopening in January 2018.
