Description iconographique:

Droit : la République française assise à gauche sur un siège circulaire dont l'accoudoir est orné d'une tête de coq et la base d'un niveau d'architecte ; la République est coiffée d'un casque à cimier, tient dans la main gauche un bâton surmonté d'un bonnet phrygien et s'appuie de la main droite sur une faisceau de licteur. Revers : inscription sur neuf lignes surmontée du livre de la Constitution entouré de rayons et sur lequel on lit : "DROITS / DE / L'HOMME" et "CONSTI / TUTION / FRAN / CAISE".
