日本語: 清水港新興津埠頭の入り口に配置されている、「 清水シャーシプール運営センター 」 が加盟各社の空コンテナシャーシを一元的に管理する、珍しい方式の施設。
コンテナ埠頭では、沢山のシャーシー台数と本来ならば広大な駐車用敷地の他に、自力では移動出来ない多くのシャーシーを入れ替えたりする為に、多大な手間も必要とするが、この様な立て掛け方式では、少ない保管スペースとシャーシーを掴んで取り扱う専用の重機車両が一台あればよい。 シャーシーを掴む専用の重機車両は、「 コマツ 」 社製の大型フォークリフトに、掴む為の専用のアタッチメントを取り付けている。 |
