Description
English: Copper alloy post-medieval shoe buckle, c.1720-1790. Cast buckle rectangular buckle frame with drilled holes for a separate spindle. The spindle and pin are missing. The buckle is slightly curved. It is similar to no. 665 in R.Whiteheads book (2003; 104).
