Description Sacramento River Bank Protection Project Manager Dave Cook and Project Engineer Shauna England discuss progress on construction of the new setback levee and seepage cutoff wall as a long-stick excavator digs a 75-foot-deep trench behind them June 19, 2012, in West Sacramento, Calif.
