Summary
[edit]DescriptionCoventry Cathedral, nave window 1 (29246951874).jpg |
Green window on the "God side", the subject is Creation, and emergence of life with flower-like forms, Earth, Sun and Moon with representations of the four rivers out of Eden. The tree of knowledge and golden apples above which is Paradise. There is more symbolism in this window by Keith New. The window is difficult to photograph, and especially so as an event was being set up at the time. |
