Description My favourite mushroom, not photographically but gastronomically (YUM!). Trumpet chanterelle has all you need from a mushroom: great taste, easy and fun to pick, no maggots etc. The only nuisance is that they coincide with the nastiest of all creatures: the elk fly (YUK!)
