Ground floor corner building. The eclectic residence of teacher Kornélia Erdősy (Erdősi) (Biba) (1843-1928). The house was built by Bálint Morandini of Csáktornya in 1887. The construction manager was Morandini Roman. In the 1920s, the building housed the local unit of the Hungarian Royal Forest Office and the barrel and wine shop of Bálint Erdősy (Erdősi) (Kornelia's brother). House history plaque: "Erdősy House is a building of local importance. The eclectic house of teacher Kornélia Erdősy was built in 1887 by Bálint Morandini of Csáktornya, after finishing the construction of the Casino. Cornelia's sister, Eugenia Erdősy, who died young, was a celebrated soubrette. His greatest successes came as a singer of the court opera at Berlin's Walhalla Theatre. One of the later owners of the house, dr. Gyula Lékai, was the chairman of the city's national committee in 1956.//The memorial plaque was erected by the 30-year-old Library Support Foundation Nagykanizsa on the Day of Hungarian Culture 2020" - 24 Csengery Road = 8 Kisfaludy Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Földszintes saroképület. Erdősy (Erdősi) (Biba) Kornélia (1843-1928) tanítónő eklektikus lakóháza. A házat a csáktornyai Morandini Bálint 1887-ben emelte. Az építésvezető Morandini Román volt. 1920-as években az épületben működött a Magyar Királyi Erdőhivatal helyi egysége és Erdősy (Erdősi) Bálint (Kornélia testvére) hordó- és borkereskedése. - Emléktábla: "Erdősy-ház helyi jelentőségű épület. Erdősy Kornélia tanítónő eklektikus házát a csáktornyai Morandini Bálint – a Kaszinó építésével végezve – 1887-ben emelte. Kornélia testvére, a fiatalon elhunyt Erdősy Eugénia ünnepelt szubrett volt. Legnagyobb sikereit a berlini Walhalla Színház az udvari opera énekeseként érte el. A ház egyik későbbi tulajdonosa, dr.
