Description
English:
Old Walnut Tree Pension. Data from 1865 shows that the so-called Bay restaurant already existed here (on another part of the plot?). In 1908 the corner house that exists today could also be built. Its garden facility was named "Old Chapel" by its owner. The restaurant was operated by Ferenc Kumin from 1922 under the name "America". The Self-Help Association of Heating House Artisans held its meetings in the restaurant (founded 1900) - 87 Csengery Road and Erdész Street corner, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Véndiófa Panzió. 1865-ös adat tanúskodik arról, hogy már létezett itt (telak másik részén?) az ún. Bay-féle vendéglő. 1908-ban épülhetett fel a ma létező sarokház is. Kerthelyiséges létesítményének a „Régi kápolna” nevet adta tulajdonosa. A vendéglőt 1922-től Kumin Ferenc működtette „Amerika” néven.
