| Description |
Français : Principe de fonctionnement du cytomètre : L’échantillon liquide (1) est entraîné puis réduit à un filet d’eau très mince permettant aux cellules de passer les unes après les autres devant le faisceau du laser (2). Les phénomènes de diffusion et d’émission (3) de lumière induits vont être collectés par les photorécepteurs (4) et nous donner des renseignements sur la structure, la morphologie et la composition pigmentaire du phytoplancton. Tous les renseignements issus de la rencontre entre le laser et les cellules sont traduits en cytogrammes |
