Description
English:
L-shaped, three-storey corner building with basement. Historic style with neo-Romanesque elements. Aarchitect: István Ottovay. Built before 1926? Built to Inner City R.C. parish and tenement building. On the ground floor were the premises of the parish; to the right of the entrance to Square is the office with the chaplain's rooms, to the left is the parish priest's spacious apartment with guest rooms and a large dining room. The three floors were constructed in the same layout, with four three- or four-room apartments on each floor and a staircase at each end of the L-shape. Four corner towers with fiatoses. Rain - 15 Dóm Square=6 Somogyi Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Somogyi utca K+10 tengelyes, tér felől 4+K+4+K Homlokzatán: Ottovay István mészkő emléktábla (1977) 30x30 cm Szövege: Ottovay István (1877–1945) építészmérnök, Szeged városképi jelentőségű alkotója//1977// MTESZ Városi Tanács - Historizáló stílusú épület, neoromán elmekkel. Terv: Ottovay István. Építésekor a földszintjén a plébánia helyiségei kaptak helyet; a Dóm téri bejárattól jobbra a hivatal a káplánszobákkal, balra a plébános tágas lakása vendégszobákkal és nagy ebédlővel. A három emelet egyforma beosztással készült, szintenként négy három-négyszobás lakással, s az L alak mindkét szára végén egy-egy lépcsőházzal. Négy fiatornyos saroktorony. Belvárosi Plébánia és bérház. - Esik az eső - 'Lakóépület' néven helyi egyedi védett azonosító: -9050 - És része a Szeged történeti belvárosa, műemléki együttesnek azonosító: 11378, törzsszám: 11286 - Csongrád-Csanád vármegye, Szeged, Belváros városrész, Dóm tér 15. = Somogyi utca (exKereszt utca) 6, helyrajzi szám: 3730
