Description
Deutsch: Villa in Dresden-Loschwitz, Hermann-Prell-Str. 6, errichtet 1935 für den Fabrikanten Rudolf Anders (1872–1937), Inhaber der Firma „Teekanne“, von 1954 bis 1969 Wohnsitz des Flugzeugkonstrukteurs Brunolf Baade (1904–1969), danach als Gästehaus der DDR-Regierung genutzt. Nach 1990 Bürohaus des IfO-Instituts für Wirtschaftsforschung, NL Dresden, später im Besitz der Wettiner, seit 2006 Pension „Villa Weißer Hirsch“, siehe Ortsverein Loschwitz-Wachwitz e. V.
