Object history
Deutsch: Das T-förmige Kreuz, das sog. Philippuskreuz, stellt als Attribut des heiligen Philipp eine Verbindung zu einem der drei Patrone der Pfarrkirche her, die den Heiligen Maria, Philipp und Jakob geweiht ist. Die Reuthauen sind redendes Bild für den Namensbestandteil -reut und verweisen auf die von Rodung geprägte Frühgeschichte des Gemeindegebiets. Die Tingierung in Blau und Silber erinnert daran, dass im heutigen Gemeindegebiet der wittelsbachische Landesherr der wichtigste Grundbesitzer war.
