Object history
Deutsch: Die Landeshoheit über die Gemeinden übte ehedem die Herrschaft Königsfeld aus, deren letzte Besitzer vor 1794 die Waldbott von Bassenheim waren. Im Wappen die fünftürmige Burg als Hinweis auf die alte "Burg Königsfeld" und ferner das Wappen der Waldbott von Bassenheim (von Rot und Silber (12-fach) geständert).
