Deutsch: Der Ortsname wir über dieses "redende Wappen augenfällig erklärt. Die Wellenleiste weist auf den Roßbach hin, die Farben Blau und Gold auf die langjährige nassauische Landesherrschaft. Ein ähnliches Wappen führt bereits seit Jahrzehnten die 1913 gegründete Freiwillige Feuerwehr des Ortes.
