Object history Die Feldfarben Silber und Blau sind Hinweis auf die ehemals luxemburgische Landeshoheit. Die Kornblume symbolisiert die landwirtschaftliche Wirtschaftsstruktur. Das golden geringte, goldene Albkreuz steht für die alte St.-Cäcilia-Kapelle und die Patronin des Ortes. Es befindet sich auf dem Türsturz zum Turm der ehemaligen Kapelle, dem Wahrzeichen von Preist.
