Deutsch: Das Wappen der Verbandsgemeinde ist dem der Sitzgemeinde nachgebildet, von dem es sich nur durch den Schildbord und die Attribute im Wappen unterscheidet. Kreuz und Adler weisen hin auf die Ortsherren in den beiden übrigen Ortsge-meinden: auf das Hochstift Speyer in Hochdorf, das ursprünglich selbst ein Kreuz im Wappen führte, und in Rödersheim, auf die Leininger in ihrem Amtsdorf Assenheim (Linie Leiningen-Guntersblum). Die übrigen Figuren sind in den jeweiligen Ortswappen begründet.
