Object history Die Lilie stammt aus einem Gerichtssiegel, das 1556 für Wittelshofen bezeugt ist. Sie weist auf das Gumbertus-Klosters in Ansbach, das der größte Grundbesitzer im Gemeindegebiet war. Die Zollernvierung im Schildhaupt erinnert an die einstige Landesherrschaft der Markgrafen von Brandenburg-Ansbach. Die blaue Feldfarbe versinnbildlicht den Zusammenfluss von Sulzach und Wörnitz im Gemeindegebiet.
