  • Jayvee Enaguas (HarvettFox96) reviewed the copyright for the animated short film on December 3, 2021, which includes most materials and elements.
    • A copyright notice that reads "Copyright MCMXXXVIII by Paramount Pictures, Inc. All rights reserved." was removed on the opening title card sequence due to rightsholder transfers.
      • In the better print (pictured above) rarely aired on the television network France 5 throughout 2000, it exists where has a copyright notice.
    • Paramount filed a registration entry of the animated short film on June 28, 1938.
    • Supat didn’t file a renewal entry of the animated short film for the original copyright within a required 28-year period throughout 1965 (1, 2) and 1966 (1, 2).
    • Therefore, the animated short film entered the public domain on the first day of January 1967.
  • The animated short film is freely available and distributable in both physical and digital formats.
