Description
Centsprent met 4 x 2 houtsneden, met afbeeldingen (getekend in een vlotte losse stijl) van de kermis: de mensen gaan op weg naar de kermis; er worden kramen opgezet; een liedjeszanger (straatzanger met roldoek) zingt en een kwakzalver prijst zijn waar aan; er wordt gedronken, muziek gemaakt en gedanst. Men kan koekhappen, 'rafelen' (?) en in de draaimolen draaien; het boerengilde treedt in optocht aan. Als het geld op is wordt er gevochten en wordt men de straat op geschopt. De kramers gaan huiswaarts en de kermisgasten die platzak zijn ook. Bevat tweeregelige rijmende onderschriften in Nederlands en Frans.
