Oblong centsprent met 2 omkaderde houtsneden. Op de linkerzijde een afbeelding van Jezus aan het kruis en een vrouw aan zijn voeten, met een gebed waarin de zegen voor het huis wordt gevraagd. Aan de rechterzijde het opschrift: Mirakuleus beeld van O.-L.-V. te Scherpenheuvel ; Image miraculeuse de N.-D. à Montaigu, met een afbeelding van Maria met kind in een boom, twee mensen geknield eronder, een koepelkerk en een processie in de achtergrond, en een gebed eronder.
