Centsprent met 4 x 3 omkaderde houtsneden, met afbeeldingen van de slacht van runderen (bovenste 2 rijen) en varkens (onderste twee rijen): koeien gaan naar de markt, worden met handslag verkocht, er wordt een glaasje gedronken, een rund wordt geslacht, het vlees wordt in stukken gehakt, vrouw en dochter koken en zouten het vlees. Afbeeldingen van een zeug met biggen, varkens worden naar de markt gebracht en verkocht, dan volgt het slachten en op de leer hangen, in stukken hakken, vrouwen zijn in de keuken bezig met maken van worst en zultvlees. Bevat tweeregelige rijmende onderschriften.
