Summary[edit]

Description
Nederlands: Binnentuin van VOLT, een gebouwencomplex ten zuiden van de Ireneboulevard. Het complex bestaat uit vier appartementencomplexen rond een kleine binnentuin, en werd in 2020 opgeleverd als onderdeel van het spoorzoneproject. Buitenom zijn alle gevels donkergekleurd, terwijl de gevels rondom de binnentuin licht zijn. De binnentuin werd afgerond in 2022 en won in 2023 de Le Comteprijs, een jaarlijkse prijs die wordt uitgereikt door de historische vereniging van Delft, aan een project dat de stad heeft weten te verfraaien.
