Description
English:
St. Stephen's Crown Monument by Gábor Kertesi (designer), Mihály Mosonyi stonemason, János Bosnyák (contractor, contributor). Installed: September 3, 2001. Installed to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of the coronation of King St. Stephen. The form of the monument is a crown wooden structure. The bottom part about half a meter high is white plastered/painted brick/concrete/stone?. The whole monument was built on a sloping mound of earth-natural stone. Within the circular structure, on a low foundation in the middle, there is a map of the Great Hungary made by Mihály Mosonyi in red stone. The roof was made by János Bosnyák. The surrounding circle can be entered through a natural stone gate or wrought iron door. Next to it (probably related to the) is granite placed on a tripod? Commemorative plaque inscription: "It was installed by the Municipality of Ercsi to commemorate the Hungarian Revolution of 1956" - Szent István Road (Szent István Square/Park), Belváros (lit. ~Downtown) neighborhood, Ercsi, Fejér County, Hungary.

Szent István Korona-emlékmű /Kertesi Gábor (tervező), Mosonyi Mihály kőfaragó, Bosnyák János (kivitelező, közreműködő) alkotása; Felállítás 2001. szeptember 3./ Szent István király megkoronázásának 1000. évfordulója emlékére állították fel. Az emlékmű formája egy korona faépítmény. Az alsó kb. fél méter magas része fehérre vakolt/festett tégla/beton/kő?. Az egész emlékmű egy rézsűs föld-terméskő halomra épült. A kör alakú építményen belül középen egy alacsony alapzaton Mosonyi Mihály készítette Nagy-Magyarország térképe van vörös márványból. A tetőt Bosnyák János készítette. A kúlső körbe egy terméskő kapun ill kovácsoltvas ajtón át lehet belépni. Mellette (vélhetően az emlékmű utólagos kiegészítéseként) állványra helyezett gránit? emléktábla található melynek felirata: "1956-os forradalom és szabadságharc emlékére//állíttatta Ercsi Város Önkormányzata" Info: [1].
