English: Time lapse movie of GFP-ATM1(IQ-tail) and DsRed-FYVE expressed in an abaxial leaf epidermal cell of N. benthamiana. Images were acquired every 1.3 second and are run at 8 frames per second. Motile FYVE labeled organelles are shown, some of them associated with ATM1. The speed of movement is sometime faster than the time of switch between the two lasers. This is seen by the separation of the green and magenta dots in some of the frames. Scale bar 5 μm.
