Patel and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Mali, Mr. Soumeylou Boubeye Maiga signing a MoU on Co-operation in the field of Geology and Mineral Resources between the Ministry of Mines of the Government of India and Ministry of Mines of the Government of the Republic of Mali in the presence of the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh and the President of Mali, Mr. Amadou Toumani Toure, in New Delhi on January 11, 2012.
