Landman - Cain The Rev. Charles C. Cain and Mrs. Cain of Lynbrook announce the marriage of their daughter, Miss Doris Esther Cain, to Pvt. Carl R. Landman of the army, son of Mrs. Martha Landman of Kew Gardens. The ceremony took place on June 20 in the chapel at Camp Hale, Pando, Colorado, where the bridegroom is stationed. The bride's father, who is pastor of St. James Methodist Church, Lynbrook, officiated. Miss Ruth E. Cain and Mrs. Ogden E. Bowman attended their sister and Sgt. Everett Lord-Wood was best man and Corp. Richard Rymer was usher. The bride is a graduate of Northfield Seminary and attended Ohio Wesleyan University and Wellesley College.
