Summary[edit]

Description
English: The fifth Convocation Ceremony for the award of MTech (Aeronautics) and BSc (Aeronautics) degrees in Mechanical, Electrical and Avionics by CUSAT for personnel from Naval Air Arm and Indian Coast Guard was held at Naval Institute of Aeronautical Technology (NIAT), Naval base, Kochi on 12 Apr 16. A total of 75 personnel received their degrees. The Chief Guest for the ceremony was Vice Admiral Girish Luthra, AVSM, VSM Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval command while Dr J Letha, Vice Chancellor Cochin University of Science and Technology graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Commodore Sanjeev Dureja, the Director of the institute delivered the Welcome address. The Ceremony was also attended by Dr K Paulose Jacob, Pro Vice Chancellor and other senior functionaries of CUSAT.
