Description
English: The upper part of an arch, inside contains an applied escutcheon, supported by two angels. Sitting upon the arch at left, “Wisdom,” at right “Hope.” Above, an escutcheon with a sketch representation, perhaps the death of the Virgin. On top are clouds with cherubim and an angel, supporting a branch with three burning candles. Two other candles are supported by branches growing out of the volutes.
