English: A depiction of a large hall. A barrel-vaulted coffered ceiling above, with a semicircular niche containing the arms of France flanked by allegorical figures placed at the center. Below, the back wall displays three tapestries with elaborate frames, showing battle scenes from the time of Louis XIV, and between, statues in niches, with reliefs above, and flanked by fasces. A dado and raised platform at the left are also indicated.
