English: Figure of a court jester with the torso of a bare-breasted woman. The jester points to a zodiacal sign with his left hand (one of the twelve signs depicted on the border of the medallion); he holds the jester's prop in his right hand. The roundel is surrounded by calligraphic flourishes within which the title is entwined.
