Description
English:
Holy Trinity sculpure group /or Holy Trinity column/ by János Marschalkó (1869 limestone Baroque statue). On a small mound with couple stairs. Around the structure there is a fence of carved stones and iron grids with a wrought iron gate. In middle a hexagonal column with three standing human figure statues, allegories of Fate, Hope and Love. On teh upper part of the column decorated with six metal, winged angel head reliefs. On the top is a group of statues representing the Trinity: the Father, the Son, and above it– in the middle of glory – the Holy Ghost in the form of a dove. Part of a protected architectural ensembles. - Szentháromság Square Park, Csongrád, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary
