Omschrijving: Nebukadnezar heeft de drie jongelingen Shadrach, Mesach en Abednego in een brandende oven laten werpen nadat zij weigerden een gouden beeld te aanbidden. Een door God gestuurde engel houdt de jongelingen ongedeerd. Omdat het vuur in de oven uitzonderlijk heet was gestookt, werden de mannen die de drie naar de oven brachten door de uitslaande vlammen gedood (Dan. 5:1). Met een motto in het Latijn boven de voorstelling en een vierregelig onderschrift in het Latijn onder de prent. De prent maakt deel uit van een album.
