English:
Catholic House, local grade listed event venue, shops. Former Krausz House. Converted in 1884, the former apartment+granary+tavern, mezzanine building. 1879: the 'National Hotel' was here. - 1896: Lajos Engel bought it for Szegedi Diary daily newspaper (Est.-Diset.: 1878–1922, 1925–1944, 1947, 1990–1996). - 1933: The building was purchased and remodeled by the Inner City Roman Catholic Parish - 12 Dugonics Square, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
Magyar:
Katolikus Ház, Katolikus közösségi épület Katolikus Egyetemi Lekészség, vendégszobákkal, rendezvényteremmel, szemináriumi helységekkel, kávéházzal. Egykori Krausz-ház. 1884-ben átalakítva a korábbi lakás+magtár+kocsma magasföldszintes épület. 1879: itt volt a 'Nemzeti Szálloda'. 1896: Engel Lajos megvásárolta a Szegedi Napló szerkesztősége és a nyomdája? számára. 1933: az épületet megvásárolta és átalakította a Belvárosi Római Katolikus Egyházközség. Volt óvoda és SZOT-iroda. HOMLokzatán: Engel Lajos nyomdája emléktábla Elhelyezték 1987-ben.
