English: Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, being transferred from the HMCS Nipigon (DDH 266) to the HMY Britannia via jackstay during a visit to Canada in 1964.

Following a hunting trip to a St. Lawrence River island, His Royal Highness the Prince Philip was flown by helicopter to HMCS Nipigon, where he visited for an hour before returning to HM Yacht Britannia by jackstay. Five representatives from each of the other escorting ships were on board the Nipigon for the occasion.
