Summary

[edit]
Description

Based on a rather tired Escort which the owner had to take off the road because he had it insured as a standard 1300 vehicle but it had a GT engine, instruments. The gearbox and back axle were from another car (I forget what). As his car was old enough I could use its registration as white on black rather than new reflective yellow and white plates; I thought that looked better on the grille.

The car was basic and not totally reliable but good fun especially in the summer.
