English: Deceleration in CD8+ T cell speeds at Lm-RFP foci is both antigen dependent and independent. In vitro activated and labeled L9.6-EGFP or polyclonal CD8+ T cells were transferred to CB6/F1 CD11c-EYFP mice at 48 hours p.i. with 2.5×104 Lm-RFP and imaged 24 hours later (72 hours p.i.). Intravital time course in the spleens of infected mice are shown with L9.6-EGFP (blue) and polyclonal (magenta) T cells, CD11c-EYFP+ DC (green) and Lm-RFP (red). Video corresponds with data in Figure 8. |
