Description
English: L9.6-EGFP CD8+ T cells make extensive contacts with both Lm-RFP infected and non-infected scDC at foci of infection. L9.6-EGFP cells were activated and rested in vitro, labeled with Bodipy-630 and transferred to CB6/F1 CD11c-EYFP mice at 48 hours p,i. with 2.5×104 Lm-RFP. Intravital time course in the spleens of infected mice are shown with L9.6-EGFP cells (blue), DC (green) and Lm-RFP (red). Multiple L9.6-EGFP CD8+ T cells interacting with an infected scDC are indicated (arrow). Video corresponds with data in Figure 8 and S9 in Text S1.
