Description
English: Example of a simulated cell spreading on the pacman shaped micropattern with the ligand density of 475 molecules/µm2. Cell and nuclear membranes are visualised with green and blue, respectively. Bold red lines in the cell indicate actin stress fibers, and contours indicate traction forces on the ventral surface of cell membrane. Twelve seconds of the video represents sixty minutes.
