Deutsch: Durch einen Zufall blieb ein kaum 2 m langer und noch etwa 3 m hoher Abschnitt der Eisenacher Stadtmauer im Aufgehenden erhalten. Dieses aus Bruchsteinen aufgemauerte Teilstück befindet sich an der Nordwestecke des Parkplatzes neben dem Haus Wartburgallee 20 und ist auch von der Straße aus gut sichtbar. |

Die Eisenacher Stadtmauer wurde Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts zum Abbruch freigegeben und diente zunächst noch als Grundstücksbegrenzung und oft auch als Stützmauer für Schuppen und Gartenhäuschen.
