Early Bronze Age scraper
Description
English: A chert thumbnail scraper of the Chalcolithic/Beaker period (c. 2400 - c. 2200 BC). Chert, opaque, mostly beige with cream and brown patches. Roughly circular in shape and D-shaped to pointed oval in cross-section. Tertiary flake, soft hammer. Retouch (short, sub-parallel, abrupt) on dorsal face. Length: 24.1mm; width: 22.3mm; thickness: 7.4mm; weight: 4.76g.
