Aviation Division of the Hoover Business League. ToTourU.S.,July4-0ct.29 Maj. James H. Doolittle, Speed Record Holder, and Eddie A. Schneider, Leading Junior Flyer, With Don R. Mockler, Director of Division, Announce Itinerary. Maj. James II. ("Jimmie") Doolittle heads the list of famous flyers who have volunteered to work for the reelection of President Hoover in appreciation of his strong support of aeronautics, it was announced yesterday by Don R. Mockler, of 15 East 21st st., director of the Aviation Division, Hoover Business League, at the division's headquarters, 154 Nassau st, Manhattan. ( "This will be the first presidential campaign in which aviation as a unit has taken an active part," declared Mr. Mockler, who stated that a program of continuous flight activity had been prepared by him and approved by the League. Thus aviation is the first division to get Into action In the 1932 presidential campaign. Eddie A. Schneider, America's outstanding junior flyer, and co-director of the division, has mapped the course of a 14,000-mile flight to reach every Important city In the country. He and Mockler will address Republican organizations, directing a special appeal to young Republicans and first voters. Schneider, a first voter this year, will tell of his own experiences during his five years of flying. He will also review the progress of avi ation during the past ten years, under Republican administration. Captain Francis A Adams, of 308 Fifth ave., Manhattan, is the national chairman of the Hoover Business League, established by the Republican National Committee in 1928. and which this year is expected to include 60 divisions of Industry.
