Edward II long cross coin
Description
English: A silver hammered 'long cross' coin of Edward II. Class 11a1 (round E & C & the cross Pattee made up of 4 thick wedges), which dates to 1310 to c1314. It was struck at the Canterbury mint. The reverse inscription is CIVITAS CANTOR. The obverse is worn & it is not possible to make out whether it is EDWA or EDWAR. The rest of the legend will be R ANGL DNS HYB.

The diameter is 16mm, weighs 0.89g
