Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Polsek Cilincing, Polres Metro Jakarta Utara berhasil menangkap 4 dari 6 pelaku pengeroyokan yang berujung pada tewasnya korban dengan inisial MT lantaran korban menggeber kendaraannya di depan para pelaku.

Kapolsek Cilincing, Kompol Imam Tulus Budiono mengatakan kronologis kejadian tersebut berawal dari korban yang melintas menggunakan sepeda motor berknalpot bising di depan para pelaku. Setelah ditegur oleh para pelaku, korban menggeber kendaraannya untuk membeli minuman keras.

Para pelaku yang tidak terima dengan kelakuan korban, kemudian membuntuti korban menggunakan 3 buah sepeda motor. Setelah korban sampai di tempat tongkrongannya para pelaku langsung mengeroyok korban menggunakan senjata tajam yang mereka bawa.

Korban tewas dengan luka bacok menembus lambung dan paru-parunya

Terhadap keempat pelaku diancam dengan pasal 170 ayat 2 dan pasal 358 ayat 2 Junto pasal 55 ayat 1 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana maksimal 12 tahun penjara.
