Description
English: The Embassy of Latvia (also known as the Alice Pike Barney Studio House or Studio House) located on Sheridan Circle at 2306 Massachusetts Avenue, NW in the Sheridan-Kalorama neighborhood of Washington Designed by Waddy Butler Wood in 1902, the former residence of Alice Pike Barney is an example of Spanish Colonial Revival Style architecture. In addition to being listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building is a contributing property to the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District and Massachusetts Avenue Historic District. The property is valued at $4,989,160 (main building) and $1,213,220 (garage).
