Description

El 13 y el 14 de octubre de 2014 se realizaron dos actividades en el pueblo Gregorio Aznárez: el seminario «Tierra y producción a 200 años del Reglamento Agrario Artiguista» y el Primer Campamento Artiguista de Gregorio Aznárez. En estas actividades participaron más de 400 personas. El seminario se realizó en la Sala Cultural y Educativa de Ramos Generales y convocó a más de 200 personas, que se reunieron para debatir sobre los vínculos entre la propiedad de la tierra y la diversificación de la producción en el sector agropecuario. Fue una actividad abierta al público, que reunió a autoridades nacionales, referentes académicos y sociales, productores rurales y pobladores de la zona. Paralelamente, más de 200 estudiantes de la regional este de utu, participaron del Campamento Artiguista, en el que se realizaron talleres sobre el Reglamento de Tierras, paseos y recorridas por la zona. El cierre de ambas actividades —el seminario y el campamento— fue en conjunto, en el Parque Artigas, y contó con la presencia del Presidente Mujica.
